About LCSW Marjorie Landron
Hi, I’m Marjorie. Most people know me as a PhD researcher or a licensed therapist who has spent the last decade practicing across four states. But before the degrees and the clinical licenses, I was on the ground in our community helping people with the basics—learning how to budget, understanding real estate, and trying to build a stable life from the ground up.
Through that work, I realized something vital: you can’t build a beautiful house on a foundation that’s still shaking.
I founded The Healing Tree Wellness Center because I believe in the power of the “do-over.” I’ve seen firsthand—both in my research and in my ten years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker—that humans are incredibly resilient. Sometimes, we just need the right tools to find our way back to ourselves.
Whether we are using deep-processing tools like EMDR and Brainspotting to clear out old hurdles, or finding a moment of quiet through Mindfulness, Meditation, and Reiki, my goal is the same: to help you architect a life that feels grounded and whole.
I’m still deeply a part of the professional world through the National Association of Social Workers and the American Psychological Association, but here at The Healing Tree, my focus is simply you. Let’s work together to turn your challenges into your greatest strength.
